dynv6 is a free service by Digineo GmbH

I am using dynv6 to manage domains registered with Cloudflare, with free account.

Hey,

@adferrand no the provider does not require a paid account. I would also be interested in this feature as it would get me close to fully automate my lets encrypt setup with docker as I am using wildcards.
