Deploying a new app cannot stop the previous version #24

Issue

When deploying to a completely new app, the command:

cf stop "<<parameters.appname>>"

fails because there is no "previous" app to stop/delete.

How can I make this not fail CircleCI? It would be good to check the app exists before stop/deleting.
