[Feature] A function to claim characters equal and above a certain specified kakera amount.

Description

This will allow users to specify a minimum amount of kakera a character has to the bot. The bot will then only claim characters above that minimum threshold. This will also benefit series with high amounts of characters and if you only want to get high value characters.

Side-note: Thank you for making this bot, and I would appreciate if you could post the "Advanced Bot". The features look promising and I would like to see it in action.
