Proposed solution:
Add an argument to preview the file that controls whether or not to open the new tab with the output preview.

What's happening:
The preview always pops up after clicking 'generate' on the webForm. On the CLI there is no preview option available.

What I expect to happen:
I want to be able to preview the output from both the CLI and the webForm based on an argument.
