Superfluous characters in nix --help links

Describe the bug

nix --help renders extra markup characters for links. Example:

    Help commands:

      · 8;;./nix3-help.mdnix help8;; - show help about nix or a particular subcommand
      · 8;;./nix3-help-stores.mdnix help-stores8;; - show help about store types and their settings

1. Run nix --help

Expected behavior

No extra characters or filenames.

    Help commands:
