aura: allow multiple roles to control .djon and .djoff

Right now it works on one role only, which can be problematic.

Multi-role monitoring will also allow Admins to intervene on a recording in the event someone forgets to end the recording (and not wait for the timeout), as well as letting guests record their sets without needing to give them staff (and unneeded access permissions on the server)

That or a single role in the server granting specifically recording permissions that only applies to using the bot (no additional permissions, solely a bot-side monitoring feature).
