订阅源中的base64 thumbnail无法被正确显示 #277

我用rsshub生成的订阅源中有内嵌的thumbnail，格式如下：

<![CDATA[ <img src="data:image/jpg;base64,/9j/4AAQSkZJRgABAQEASAxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" alt="thumbnail" referrerpolicy="no-referrer"> ]]>
</description>

但telegram bot发送的消息中只显示了"thumbnail"，却没有显示图片，请问是什么原因？搜索了下好像没有看到相关issue。
图片大小例如为250×350，单独复制base64的值然后解码成jpg图片是可以的。
