Hi Class, as a reminder, please re-review the slides that Brett and Ashley presented last week.

This is a great time to review them because they will reinforce what we worked on Tuesday.

Hi @UofUEpiBio/phs7045-fall2024 ,

The CHPC is down this morning. This is ultra rare, and I'm attributing it to today being Halloween. (I'm just kidding about Halloween.)

Our plan for today was to continue working on CHPC, so there is a change of plans.

Please do the following for today's lab:

  1. Re-read the slides from Brett and Ashley last week
  2. On Tuesday, we were unable to go through the last example for using the parallel package on a single node. Please complete this exercise and submit your code and slurm script for the lab.
