ability to add a comment on a specific line on a pr

Hello,

I am currently using Octocrab and looking for a way to add a review comment to a specific line of code on a pull request. But, it doesn't look like you can. I had a look at the functions and I found get, update, and delete methods for managing comments, but there doesn't seem to be a way to create a review comment attached to a particular line.

I'm trying to add a comment onto a PR request which is attached to a specific line of code. Is this currently possible or am I missing something?
