Scenario

OP token address
- https://optimistic.etherscan.io/token/0x4200000000000000000000000000000000000042

ARB token address
- https://arbiscan.io/token/0x912ce59144191c1204e64559fe8253a0e49e6548

Add above tokens as part of portal bridge tokens

Acceptance Criteria

when I search for Op or Arb token, they should show up as available options
