actions/[email protected] creates a folder structure of: 'D:\a\azure-activedirectory-identitymodel-extensions-for-dotnet\azure-activedirectory-identitymodel-extensions-for-dotnet' duplicating the folder.

This causes some of our tests to fail.

Is there a way to control the root folder?
