Warning message on submitting translations

I get this warning:

when submitting translations.

I couldn't find any related issue in drupal's issue queue

@robertgarrigos Thanks for the report! Can you add some details? E.g. did you submit the translations on the "Translate" page or did you import a language file?

I was translating at the web page (https://localize.backdropcms.org/translate/languages/ca/translate?project=backdropcms)

Confirmed, I see the same error when I translate a string on the "Translate" page, e.g. https://localize.backdropcms.org/translate/languages/de/translate.

Not being a coder I've no idea about the reason ... except, the message somehow sounds like a PHP version issue (PHP on the site is 7.2.16).
