DBT Partial compile

I am just wondering whether it is possible to Compile only changed DBT models based on existing compiled models in target folder. I have seen partial parsing and enabled it and It only parses changed files, so similarly is there any way we can do the same for compiling, like use the already compiled dbt models or compiled partial-parse file to compile only changed dbt files?
