OpenAI Real-time Voice API

The recent release from openai is available via a web socket connection. The app's audio state allows for real-time audio websocket, but it doesn't return back audio yet! Also not sure this will be the path, given the costs of the service and the lack of MVP value to the experience. But sooner than later, hopefully with price reductions.
