As an ESL architect, I want to review popup alignment attributes.

Currently, the popup can be set up with two attributes margin-arrow and offset-arrow. margin-arrow is a margin in pixels. offset-arrow is the ratio in percent points in which part of the popup puts an arrow.

The proposal is to combine these two attributes and add a new one to specify alignment on a minor axis like 'start|center|end'.
