How can you run the hiGlass server on a subpath, e.g. https://<own_url>/higlass/
There is an option "SITE_URL" and "APP_BASEPATH", but they have no effect..
Background: I want to access higlass via an nginx reverse proxy.

The short, unfortunate, answer is that you can't, not without putting in a fair amount of work. The server looks for root paths. Not the best design in retrospect but that's where we're at.

May I recommend doing something like https://higlass.<own_url>?
