Version Information

WordPress: 4.9.8
MultilingualPress: 2.11.1

Steps to Reproduce

In site 1 go to Media and upload an image and a PDF.
Create a new site based on site 1.

What I Expected

Both files are copied correctly.

What Happened Instead

Only image is copied correctly, PDF entry is created in the database but the file does not exist in media folder.
