Thanks for reporting. The build is working now, but the CSS imports aren't working on JSPM since they are non-standard - https://generator.jspm.io/#U2NgYGBkDM0rySzJSU1hyM3PS0zO101NySzJL3Iw0DM20jMEALxLdYkjAA.

If you'd like to get monaco-editor to work, I'd be happy to suggest steps further though.

Actually it turns out this is a bug with the uploader, I'm still looking into it.
