Search variables in Run and Debug variables pane

During a study, a user was debugging their application and struggled to find specific variables they were looking for in the variables pane and rather found themselves scrolling endlessly through all of the other variables listed there. They noted that the variables panel was the "least helpful" due to this. It would be nice if there was a way to search for specific variables in this view. Some other ideas that came up were "smart ordering" to raise "important" variables to the top based on what is being examined in the application

It would be great if there was a 🔎icon at the top level rather that having to select a variable and then F3 which isn't very discoverable imo
