VSCODE flickers in full screen mode

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: latest version , i uninstall it , and backto 1.94.2
• OS Version: mac os sonoma 14.4.1 macBook air

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open two VSCode editors.
2. Move one editor to the secondary screen.
3. Double click headerbar
4. Select a file or ctrl +p
5. The screen shaking....

It seems to perform particularly like these related issues.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.95.3. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
