Different exit codes...

It successfully installed on my windows 10 device, but an error occurred on my windows 11 device...

looks like edge webview runtime somehow gets installed as part of Edge -- so it is installed, but the "package" is not present, so winget wants to try to install it.
https://superuser.com/questions/1751709/how-to-reinstall-microsoft-edge-webview2-runtime this solved it for me -- not sure if it was a good idea to mess with registry for EdgeUpdate though
