Even though the library claims support for djangorestframework>=3.12,<3.16, 3.12 and 3.13 were not being tested.

Considering

  • The latest version of 3.13 series was released on 15th December 2021, almost 3 years ago
  • Utils repo only supports >3.14
  • And these versions were not being tested

I believe the support claim for 3.12 and 3.13 should be removed.
