Do you have any recommendations for Matrix servers?

I'm interested in Matrix.
But I can't find a good server. All the servers that are run by individuals do not have a privacy policy. This is not GDPR compliant.

Do you have any server recommendations?
Also, can you recommend matrix.org?

Pretty sure PTio recommended two servers: it's own and matrix.org... Seeing as our server is not open to the public any more, should we recommend servers any more? Probably not, @privacyguides/team?

I would honestly not be for recommending specific homeservers. This is a choice that people need to make according to their needs.

Sure, that works. We already provide instance lists for some projects. Do we know if Matrix has an official list for this?
