Ublock Origin (Hard Mode): 98%
Umatrix (Tweaked): 100%
NoScript (Tweaked): 100%

Results according to: https://adblock-tester.com/
Ublock Origin (Hard Mode): 100%
Umatrix (Tweaked): 96%
NoScript (Tweaked): 86%

both uMatrix and NoScript are redundant when using properly configured uBlock Origin
