[Feature Request] Show "Accept / Rejected" on user dashboard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The program committee sometimes receives emails asking whether their proposals are rejected or accepted.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could add an additional column to show the status of the proposal.

Since we might update it before the actual announcement, I think it would be better if we have an option to toggle whether the user can view the status. We also need to allow some users to view their status first due to our two-stage review
