Description
Add replay feature as a sub domain for replay inside scheduling domain.

Acceptance Criteria

Replay functionality can be a separate subdomain as part of scheduling domain.

Tech Details
Technical details for replay

Move all code for replay handlers, service etc to replay sub-domain
Expose only ports for interacting with other domains.
