NLP Results on code-mixed text

There should be a section on NLP for Code-mixed text. It's an interesting research field. Having such a section in the repo will inform people about this research direction as well. How can we structure it as it's not really constrained to a particular language?

Hey! Sorry about the late reply. I agree that having a code-mixed section would be great in light of the increasing work in this area, such as GLUECoS. Would you like to take the lead in creating such a section?
