Hi,

Would be great if we could update packages! Prometheus/Grafana/Node-exporter all to latest versions.

The bigest shift would probably be Grafana 5 -> 6, but the data migration should happen smoothly. See https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/installation/upgrading/.
