Request: submit to homebrew

It would be nice to see this app in homebrew. Here's what needs to be done. I might take a stab at it myself when I have time.

I kinda started with my own request but ran into an error for which I asked for help in the discussion group.

Tagtime uses Perl rather than Python.
Cloning this repository also pulls in a lot of Android source which you probably don't care about in homebrew

That's true about the android source, but how to prevent this? :)

By either pulling in the code from a different repository, or a different branch.

I have not continued looking into this, because I'm in the middle of exams right now. But it's on my someday/maybe list.
