integration test eliot logs don't capture error'd tests #596

It seems that tests which produce a py.test error are not included in the eliot logs.

In this, the windows integration tests fail on test_tahoe_objects but the eliot logs say that integration test succeeded

At least some of the expected logs are there, but don't show up under the test in e.g. eliot-tree (maybe that's "expected"?) .. but the "succeeded" is still just a straight bug it would seem?
