Client.IsSessionRegistred() how it is works?

In exaples/auth (link):

	}

1. client.IsSessionRegistred() does it send a request to Telegram? What about the recommendation to check the session?

2. In this code:

func (m *Client) IsSessionRegistred() (bool, error) {
	_, err := m.UsersGetFullUser(&InputUserSelf{})
	if err == nil {
		return true, nil
	}

How does it work with an empty structure? What ID is it sending?
