yarn list --depth=1 --json --production failed with code 1

Since migrating to v3, I'm stuck with serverless-webpack because apparently it depends on the yarn list --depth=1 --json --production command to work.

I know we have yarn info, but I'm not enough of an expert to compare the two. Do they both show / not show transitive dependencies? How to only show dependencies, not devDependencies? Is there an example of the original output so I could build something via yarn info?
