HepMC option to stdout

By default EPOS4 is not able to print HepMC data to stdout, so an option, set with "ihepmc 2", has been introduced. This is useful to make the current O2 generation mechanism work with this generator. Moreover a common seed flag has been added to the epos script, as well as a -hepstd flag that must be activated to print most messages in a .mtr file, while keeping the HepMC output on stdout. This last option is fundamental, otherwise the output of warning messages gets interleaved with the HepMC one.

After the upgrade to change hepmc name URQmd didn't work properly anymore.
By editing some common memory parts and increasing the size of some strings, now the
script works again. A small fix to epos script was applied as well. In addition the seed flags
were added and the default option is random seeds

Pre-release

This pre-release aims at providing HEPMC files from EPOS4 that can be used
as inputs to RIVET analysis. Both the script epos and the source code were edited to
achieve this and everything has been tested locally on a Ubuntu 20.04 machine.
Unfortunately only HepMC 2 is available right now on the generator.
