See ionic-team/capacitor-barcode-scanner#40 and ionic-team/capacitor-barcode-scanner#41 The current workaround overrides the camera library versions in Gradle constraints to make the scanner work again. This workaround should be removed once the upstream issue is closed. Closes graphefruit#846
