BNGAL (or bngal
) is a software package developed to create co-occurrence networks from microbial taxonomic abundance data. The core bngal
functions are written in the R programming language and are released as a package available from this GitHub repository. For ease of use, a command line utility is also provided to produce and visualize complex microbial co-occurrence networks.
